Med Ball Challenge

The Med Ball Challenge virtual competition is being held to find the Top Individuals and Throwing Group across the Country. The team competition is open to clubs, schools and other youth groups.

To enter the Virtual League, you can either download the Spreadsheet from the right of this page and email the results to adam@sportshall.org or enter the Top 5 Individual Total Distance (5 Throws) thrown on the Virtual League form below.
